We are delighted to introduce this award-winning and Slow Food Presidio extra virgin olive oil from the Decimi estate in the Umbria region of Italy.  This limited production oil from the 2020-2021 harvest of hand picked Moraiolo olives (80%) and a blend of ancient Umbrian varietals (20%) is bitter and spciy with a peppery finish. Very balanced on the palate, with a finish of almonds and green peppercorn.
