Filippi has made panettone in Veneto for decades. We are excited to be among the first to offer the newest panettone cake from the Filippi family; Salted Caramel.  The lightness of the dough has creamy pieces of caramel, where the initial sweetness of the caramel is balanced with a slight salty flavor.
