Almost nothing pairs better than salt and chocolate.  In its simplicity it is perfect spread on a slice of bread, but in particular it is excellent to fill Christmas "Panettone" or Easter "Colomba", croissants, crepes and also to garnish ice creams.  Perfect straight off of a spoon! :)
