Busiate Siciliana is a thin tube-shaped pasta that hails from Western Sicily.  Like other fresh pasta from the south of Italy, Busciate Siciliana is made from durum wheat flour (semola di grano duro rimacinato) and water only, no eggs. Crafted with care by Francesco "Ciccio" D'Orazio.
