Villa Reale is located in the heart of the Sicilian countryside. Using only small quantities and artisan techniques, Pesto alla Trapanese is not the traditional green pesto that we've come to know, but a delicious twist using fresh basil minced with tomatoes and almonds and extra virgin olive oil.
